The principles that guide everything we do
The visionary behind Seed of Life Circle

Born in Liberia, Ms. Saija Jabateh is a dedicated leader, educator, and advocate for sustainable living, particularly for women and children. As a faculty member at DMUN of America Diplomat Model United Nations, she has inspired many through her leadership and passion for community empowerment. She founded the Seed of Life Circle after realizing the transformative power of connecting with people through shared goals and sustainable practices. What began as a small community initiative has blossomed into an international movement under her visionary leadership. Ms. Jabateh has also served as an Ambassador at LYTT International (Leader Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow) and as an Ambassador for Teen Med Magazine. She is an active member of YAWC (Young African Women Congress). With extensive experience in training and human capital development, she specializes in management and technical skills, offering short-term training, capacity building, tailor-made courses, and consultancy services to governments, NGOs, development partners, private organizations, and individuals. Her inspiring journey continues to motivate others toward purpose-driven and impactful living.
The visionary behind Seed of Life Circle
Mr. Sikidi Sesay, born in Liberia, a France resident, has been a volunteer with many associations. His goal is to promote the awareness of women and children’s future from different vulnerable groups, the sharing of cultures, and the development of social ties within the neighborhood. Mr. Sikidi Sesay joined the organization and demonstrates a genuine motivation to develop its activities. His desire for integration and his cooking skills quickly positioned him as a driving force for the other members of the association. He thus contributes to the realization of our projects, particularly that of helping women on the margins of the labor market regain access to employment. His commitment to society is remarkable.
